This Omani draft technical regulation concerns the general requirements for all types of bread made from wheat flour or mixed with other types of grain flour, and does not include the types of bread used for special feeding purposes. (Items related to General Requirements, Packing, transport & storage, Samples and Labelling (items 4, 6, 7 & 9) are compulsory. The remaining items are voluntary.
